LEASE TRANSFER FEES AND ELIGIBILITY

If Resident requests and is approved to transfer to another apartment within the community during the current lease term, a $700.00 transfer fee will be charged.

If Resident requests and is approved to transfer to another apartment within the community at the expiration of the current lease term, a $400.00 transfer fee will be charged.

Transfer Eligibility: To be eligible for a transfer, Resident must be in good standing under the terms of the Lease. Resident may not have more than two (2) late rent payments during the current lease term and may not have had any NSF/returned payment during the current lease term.

Security Deposit: The security deposit associated with Resident's current apartment does not transfer to the new apartment. Resident will be required to pay a new security deposit for the new apartment in accordance with the applicable lease terms and community requirements. The security deposit from the current apartment will be processed in accordance with the Lease and applicable law after Resident vacates the current apartment.

Specials and Concessions: No current leasing specials, concessions, discounts, or promotional offers will apply to an approved transfer. Transfer fees and all other charges associated with the transfer are the Resident's responsibility.

All transfers are subject to apartment availability, management approval, satisfaction of all transfer eligibility requirements, and execution of the applicable lease documents for the new apartment. Transfer fees are separate from any other charges that may be applicable under the Lease.
