Maintenance

The onsite team will conduct a thorough inspection before your move in day that included, but isn't limited to, checking all appliances and cleaning your apartment. On your day of move-in, you and the onsite team will conduct a thorough move in inspection where you will have the opportunity to make note of any potential damages.

We do! We have an on-site service team including a maintenance supervisor who leads the team, a maintenance technician, and a groundskeeper.

You have a few options when it comes to submitting a service request, but the best way is through the resident portal (www.rentcafe.com). However, you can always reach out to our leasing office via phone or email, and any member of our team can enter the request for you!

We do not offer 'lock-out' service, so in cases where you are unable to access you apartment after hours, you would need to contact a locksmith. We have keyless entry. Simply tap your phone to your door for access. If that doesn't work, you can generate a code for yourself. Contact leasing office for details.

Amenities

Yes, parking is available on a first come first serve basis, unless you live in a home with a garage/driveway.

Yes! We have two pet parks, and a pet spa for all of our furry friends.

All kitchen appliances are standard, including the dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, and refrigerator. Washer/dryer is also provided.

Applications are approved within 72 hours. Some are case by case.

You may pay online via the online portal where you can connect a debit card, credit card or a bank account. You may also pay via WIPS.

While it isn't required, we do recommend that each tenant purchase their own renter's insurance.

All apartments are already equipped with internet, so there is no need to get your own provider.

Yes, you may as long as certain criteria is met. You must provide a 60-day notice in writing and pay an early termination fee of two month's rent.

You don't need to set up your water/sewer account since you will pay that to us. Electricity must be set up my contacting GA Power. GAS must be set up by contacting The City of Sugar Hill.

The base rent doesn't include any utilities. We have an amenity package that equals $118.59 and includes internet, valet trash, pest control, renter's insurance and a utility billing fee. Water/Electricity/Gas are billed based on usage.
